Assessment: Costs / Benefits

Regarding the budget, it is very simple: without the bike and the equipments, we have lived with about 10 euros per day per person.
So 80 euros for 8 days of bikes for the accommodation (camping when not want to camp wild) and the food.

Personally (I, Guillaume D) I learned a lot from this trip by bicycle.
Firstly, we learn much about his body and abuse that we inflicted to him.

But I learned what freedom or LIBERTAD!

True freedom is to be free as air and nature.

Spend his days outside and enjoy and learn to admire the world around us.
It is only accountable to anyone and have no time and all kinds of demands of everyday life to meet.

The must of freedom is especially not knowing the morning where we will sleep at night!
So for all this learning I urge everyone to do this kind of trip to be more open to the world.

Especially in the case of this trip, the course is very easy and secure.

5th July 2008: Nantes - Saint-Brevin l'Océan

Crossing from Nantes and leaving the city by the industrial zone.
Then last crossing of the Loire by the Coueron's tray. Pancake breakfast in a restaurant and very cheap departure with belly heavy.

The road along the canal from the Lower Loire, which is a haven of peace.
It is found in the countryside amidst the horses and storks, but the rest is short-lived due to a terrible head wind that expresses clearly the approach of the ocean.

Arrival around 17h in Saint Brevin rolled and 580 km from the start after a few detours.
